 Following the financial difficulties of the previous group, the company has been acquired by the Italian group iVision Tech, an industrial reality specialized in the production of high-end frames.

This acquisition represents much more than a simple change of ownership: it is a concrete gesture of appreciation for French savoir-faire, with the aim of preserving unique expertise, ensuring job continuity, and relaunching the brand internationally.
 Production will remain in the Jura, and all employees have been confirmed.

A new chapter opens for Henry Jullien, marked by quality, elegance, and the synergy between two complementary artisanal cultures: French and Italian.
