In an article published by Le Progrès, it is reported that the Italian company iVision Tech, specialized in high-end eyewear, has acquired the historic French maison Henry Jullien, founded in 1921.


President Stefano Fulchir highlighted the affinities between the two companies, united by a strong culture of detail, craftsmanship, and innovation. The new course aims to enhance French know-how by integrating Italian expertise, particularly in acetate processing, with the goal of ushering in a new phase of development for the brand.

Production will remain in France, in Lons-le-Saunier, while new materials and technologies will pave the way for increasingly refined and contemporary collections.
